= SEAMLESS CONNECTION =

The shield body of Anti-Riot Shield is in one whole piece without using any screw.

= CONNECTION STRENGTH =

The connecting parts of holding device and the connecting parts of holding device to shield body can withstand a pulling force greater than or equal to 500N. After the test, there should be no falling off, loosening, tripping or breaking.

= COATING ADHESION =

For riot shield with coating, the coating adhesion should be no less than requirement of GB/T 9286-1998, level 3.

= FLAME RETARDANT =

The afterburn time of the outer surface of Anti-Riot Shield should be less than or equal to 10seconds.

= TEMPERATURE ADAPTABILITY =

Low Temperature: Under the condition of ambient temperature -30 ℃, Anti-Riot Shield should meet the impact resistance strength requirements.

High Temperature: Under the condition of ambient temperature of 55°C, Anti-Riot Shield should meet the impact resistance strength requirements.

= IMPACT STRENGTH =

Anti-Riot Shield can withstand the impact of 147J kinetic energy, and there will be no penetration holes or penetrating cracks outside the radius of 50mm of the force point after the impact.

= ANTI-STAB STRENGTH =

Anti-Riot Shield should be able to withstand 147J kinetic energy stabbing. After stab the force point will not have greater than 6mm diameter piercing or penetrating cracking within radius of 20mm from the force point.

= ANTI-PUNCH STRENGTH =

Anti-Riot Shield can withstand a hit with linear speed of 18m/s±0.3m/s in energy of 342J±13J. After hit, the shield body will not be broken nor have a penetrating cracking greater than 50mm length. The maximum depression depth of the shield body after the hit should be less than or equal to 30mm.

= ANTI-CUT STRENGTH =

The upper edge of Anti-Riot Shield(the upper four edges corresponding to the word “police” when standing) should be able to resist striking/cutting with speed of 8.5m/s±0.5m/s in energy of 100J. The depth of cutting marks after the test should be less than or equal to 50mm.

The retaining arm guard is made of plastic, rubber and magnets, and can be used with the shield handle to form a temporary two-handed grip.
The retaining arm guard can provide hands-off protection, and can be detached from the shield to self-protect when the shield is snatched or twisted. When the end of the retaining arm guard is subjected to a pulling force of ≥70N, the opening of the end should be ≥60mm.

The magnetic function of retaining arm guard and belt accessory produces an anti-snatch feature. With combination of these two, the axial separation force can be ≥100N.
The shield can be attached to the belt accessory through retaining arm guard magnet and hung on the waist. The automatic combination distance between the retaining arm guard magnet and the waist suspension part is ≤50mm.

Waist magnetic suspension system together with retaining arm guard can maximize mobility and functionality.
Magnetic accessory can be set on belt, or other equipment to help holding or storage of JK Riot Shield.
