May I purchase online?

Sorry, currently we do not support any online shop cart.

You may request for quotation through our “Quotation Cart” system. Only registered members and dealers can use this function.

 

All quotation requests will be first directed to our Sales Team via "Quotation Cart", or you may directly write us email enquiring your interested products/services.

 

Upon receipt of your quotation requests, our Sales Team will get back to you via email. Please pay attention to your registered email address.

 

How can I become an E-Gear Member?

A:

Click "Log in" at the top view, you can see a membership login page.

Click "Register now", go to "Member Registration", and follow instruction.

 

After successfully registered as E-Gear member, you may use “Quotation Cart” to raise quotation request via the system.

How can I become an E-Gear Dealer/Distributor?

A:

Click "Log in" at the top view bar, you can see a membership login page.

Click "Register now", go to "Dealer Registration", and follow instruction.

 

You will receive a system email notifying that your application is being processed.

Our Sales Team may request for supporting information/documents as to review your application.

The whole process will take around two days, subject to all necessary information is provided.

After successfully registered as E-Gear Dealer/Distributor, you may use “Quotation Cart” to raise quotation request via the system, and also reach to exclusive “Dealer Download” section for the information which is only open to E-Gear Dealers/Distributors.

 

What's difference between Member & Dealer Accounts?

Both our members and dealers/distributors can use "Quotation Request" function, with such you can always raise quotation, login the system to review your quotation history and status.

Registered dealers will be opened to exclusive information which is unavailable to normal members.

Being an E-Gear Dealer/Distributor, how can I know my dealer discount level? How much dealer discount can I enjoy?

All prices on E-Gear website are our regular list prices, excl. delivery nor tax.

Different dealers/distributors can enjoy different levels of dealer discounts and benefits.

Upon we receive your application to become E-Gear Dealers/Distributors, our Sales Team will reach you with more details.

I forget my login password, how can I reset it?
